Automatic core wire binding machine are specially designed for automotive condenser, radiator core to prevent deformation during brazing. Equipment is simple, easy adjustment, high efficiency, suitable for medium and small-volume continuous production
The device is manually put core, then, machine automatically complete "wire sending", "clampping", "binding" of full automation and special machine. Equipment adopts PLC programmable controller, with automatic and manual operation function, by manual adjustment related parts, applicable to different specifications of the core bundle
